The team would be declared wanted criminal and the UN would probably try and force the JL itself to catch these dangerous superpowered child terrorists placing the JL in an impossible situation where they have to choose between handing over the kids or being declared criminals themselves. The Bialia mission alone could easily be claimed as an act of espionage or even war.

Trying to excuse a breach in the terms of the charter by claiming "they're just kids" would never hold up, if anything it makes it worse because the JL has taken on the responsibility for looking after them and then negligently let them run rampant.ĭoesn't matter who or why the agreement was breached just that the JL let it happen so it must face the consequences.
